Where do I start…hands down the best most genuine doctor I’ve ever met. It was a long road to get to where I am today but, one appointment with Dr. jones and he immediately diagnosed my problem. Two weeks later I had an injection to see if I would be a good candidate for a joint fusion and within 2 days I knew I was going to be fine. I called Dr. Jones’s office up and asked to book the fusion. Best decision I have ever made. I have my life back in pain free for the first time in almost 17 years. I highly recommend seeking treatment with him.

Dr. Jones and his staff go above and beyond for his patients. He spends time explaining everything and always ask if I have any more questions. He is a great spinal surgeon because I know, he performed surgery on me and his staff always takes care of questions and help with forms required by my employer. Thank you Dr. Jones and to your wonderful staff!!

Dr Thomas could not get my disc of the ct to load and did not review the results for my second appointment. Nor did he have the proper notes recorded from my first appointment blaming me for not telling him all my symptoms. When he didn’t record him.

Dr Jones is the best. His staff is courteous and professional. Doc has performed 2 surgeries for me and both experiences were 5 star would recommend him for any spine issues

Dr. Jones and his staff are amazing!!! I had to have back surgery and I am so glad that I was referred to Dr. Jones. He is caring, listened to all my complaints and was very skilled at what he does!!! He is a very intelligent and has a wonderful bedside manner. Thank you, Dr. Jones and staff for easing my fears and making me feel like I was important.

Recipient of Cervical Spine Surgical procedure by Dr. Jones, the Fall of 2022. Six (6) months hence, had my third (3) One-On-One Follow Up Assessment with the Doctor. Superb Progress…The Staff, arrangements, process, and environment have all been outstanding. The Doctor displays Professional Acumen in all situations. His Knowledge, Care and Concern, suggestive insight and long range Vision of Wellness for the Patient is commendable. THX Dr. Jones! I’m going Golfing Soon… Highly Recommended and Appreciated. Ten (10) of Ten (10). Entire Team is Great.

The 1star is strictly office visit related. There has not been one time I have not waited 45 + minutes with a set appt. Today my appt was 11:20 am, I was 8 minutes late. I still sat in the lobby for an hour and 10 minutes before being put in a room. Wait time in the room was an additional 15 minutes.
Dr Jones is a great physician/surgeon but something needs to be done about wait time

Dr. Jones is great and office staff as well. My complaint would be to not have your surgery done at Heights Hospital location !!! My 1st procedure was done here and from beginning to end was horrible. The nursing staff , Anesthesia were very nonchalant, basically rude. I arrived at 6 am, my surgery was scheduled for 7:30. I sat in a room until almost 2 pm waiting. Mind you there are no TV’s in your room nor family area !!! I was supposed to have 2 IV’s but only had 1 until right before procedure when a surgical staff member brought it to the nurses attention. There is no cafeteria so my husband had to leave the facility to get food. It was basically dusk when I was discharged.
2nd complaint is not about Dr. Jones, it is how the hardware in my procedure failed. I had to to have a second surgery to correct this and I was charged for it, over 4500 dollars. In no way do I blame Dr Jones but I am extremely upset that I was charged for something that was not my fault !!!!
On the upside of the 2nd surgery I would definitely recommend the Memorial Herman Surgical Suites on Main St In Houston. Superior service from start to finish, on time, very concerned with comfort and pain levels. They called to check on me and make sure everything was ok where as the 1st location did not !!!!!!!
I would definitely recommend Dr. Jones , just don’t let the office schedule your procedure At Houston Heights Hospital.

I had spinal surgery 2 weeks ago. He did a fantastic job. I am 82 yrs old, and I am feeling like a 25 yr old man. He met all of my needs and was easy to contact if necessary. I highly recommend Dr Jones.
